About RaleighWorks founder by Julio R. Fajardo, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience across real estate, business development, asset management, financial and property services in North Carolina.

Julio has managed and brokered real estate investments throughout the Raleigh–Durham area and brings deep insight into the industries that fuel the region — from housing and development to small business ownership and community growth.

With firsthand experience in property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial operations, Julio saw the need for a localized online network that connects all parts of the regional economy:

Julio’s has been a Raleigh resident since 2000 and later Graduated from Wake Tech Community College. He has spent his career in banking, higher education, real estate & retail. His true passion has been entrepreneurship, real estate & property management. As the owner and operator of Neuse River Asset Management he oversees a portfolio across the Triangle & North Carolina.

With a background in business operations, marketing, web-development, accounting and asset management, Julio brings a unique perspective to RaleighWorks.
